Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the InsightSquirrel website and platform, operated by CleverOwl Solutions Ltd (Company No. 16973711, VAT No. GB519492465) ("InsightSquirrel", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

InsightSquirrel provides a no-code platform for building interactive quizzes and scorecards, capturing leads, and connecting the results to your other tools. We may update, improve or change features from time to time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

3. Free trial, plans and billing

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial with access to plan features. You will not be charged during the trial.
• Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan begins and the applicable fee is charged for each billing period (monthly or annual).
• Fees are stated exclusive of VAT, which is added where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• Any founding or promotional pricing applies only as described at the time of sign-up.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use InsightSquirrel to send spam, collect data unlawfully, infringe others' rights, or build quizzes that are unlawful, misleading or harmful. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required from people who respond to your quizzes.

5. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the quizzes you build and the lead data you collect. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

InsightSquirrel, its software, design and branding are owned by CleverOwl Solutions Ltd. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you.

7. Third-party integrations

The service can connect to third-party tools (for example via Zapier, webhooks or analytics). Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep InsightSquirrel available and reliable but provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time and will post the updated version here. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
